Chelsea Garber is a Real Estate Investor, Syndicator & Entrepreneur. She founded The Hudson Holdings Group LLC in 2018, a boutique multifamily investment firm who specializes in acquiring value-add assets in emerging US markets. Along the way, through her keen assessment of market valuation, she discovered one common problem; the time, effort, and money being invested in purchasing and repositioning an asset often did not align with the maximum return on investment and overall attract-ability. While some projects require the services of a full design-build company, others, specifically the value-add opportunities, require a lighter, more turn-key design touch.
