What do you think of when you hear the word “culture” in your workplace, team, or business? Like many, you probably disregard it as corporate HR jargon. Can’t blame you. When it comes to being an entrepreneur, however, the type of team and business you attract derives from the culture you create-a culture that moves, inspires, and motivates not only yourself but others to want to succeed both with you and for you.

 The Final Four:

1.    What do you like to do for your continued education to further you investing?

Gino: “I’m learning from Willie Coleman, Chris Jackson, Bill Ham. I’m staying focused on multi-housing news.  I’m staying focused on all real estate specific websites that I can go and see what’s going on.”

 2.    Who has been the biggest inspiration for you success?

Gino: “For me, it’s my parents”

Jake: “I had some pretty strong male role models growing up. Between my Dad and Grandpa who were constantly working. Also, working with Gino made a huge impact in my life I appreciate him as well.”

 3.    What advice would you give the listeners to help them grow their businesses?

Gino: “For me, clarity. Why are you building? Why are you building? Why are you growing your business? Ask yourself, why you run the business? Figure out the plan, figure out why it isn't clear on your goals.”

Jake: “I think that if someone wants to be multifamily, it's education times action equals results. I think that's where you start, you go get yourself educated. Now's a great time to do it. It's putting your time and effort into your folks growing your people, making sure your systems are there. It's constant improvement and building that culture. That's what's worked for us.”
