[00:00:47] So what is intention?

[00:00:49] Webster says it's a thing intended, an aim or a plan.

[00:00:53] And I'm going to tell you that when you've clearly defined your intention, it causes

[00:00:57] you to take action.

[00:00:58] And then because you're aligned with what it is you really want and desire for your

[00:01:01] life, you show up congruently.

[00:01:03] There aren't any internal conflicts that'll slow you down from achieving the things that

[00:01:06] you want because you're in complete alignment.

[00:01:08] And that's when you manifest the things that you really want in your life.

[00:01:12] That's the power that comes from declaring your intentions.

[00:01:15] See most people end up living their life through habits that don't serve them rather than living

[00:01:19] an intentional life.

[00:01:20] You know, they end up in a trance, blindly going through life with no plan or direction

[00:01:25] or focus.

[00:01:26] In other words, a lack of intention.

[00:01:28] Now see our intention is how we create our destiny.

[00:01:32] So every morning when you wake up, you've got a choice.

[00:01:34] You can just continue to dream about what you want or you can jump up and chase what you

[00:01:39] want.

[00:01:40] Remember, what you focus on becomes your reality.

[00:01:42] So train yourself to always see what's good in every situation for example.

[00:01:47] Also make sure that you bring your heart and your authenticity and a desire to add

[00:01:51] value to others to your intention.

[00:01:53] Everyone you encounter can feel your energy and when you approach your intention from

[00:01:57] that place of integrity and caring, power moves to you.

[00:02:00] That's the way the universe works.

[00:02:02] When people feel your authenticity, they believe and respect your intention.

[00:02:06] Now one thing that's important with your intention is repetition.

[00:02:09] The more often you declare your intentions publicly and to yourself even, the more you

[00:02:14] end up believing in them and the more real and really unwavering they become.

[00:02:19] Everything positive that happens in your life starts with intention.

[00:02:23] What having intention does is it makes your thoughts more consistently conscious instead

[00:02:27] of habitual like in a trance.

[00:02:30] It allows you to see things from a place of passion and clarity.

[00:02:33] Remember what you regularly think about and your words become your life.

[00:02:37] When you live congruently and with passion and you set your intentions and then you don't

[00:02:41] waver from them, like I said, the universe will conspire to bring them to you.

[00:02:45] Now I will say this and that is that intention without action doesn't work.

[00:02:50] It's the combination of intention and actual action that propels you to that magnificent

[00:02:54] life.

[00:02:55] Now don't forget something and that is you'll never experience this day again.

[00:02:58] You'll never see that sunset again.

[00:03:00] This day will never repeat itself.

[00:03:02] So it's critical to not be careless about your life or squander your time.

[00:03:07] Live with intention now.

[00:03:09] So what are some intentions that you can declare immediately?

[00:03:12] How about this is going to be your year.

[00:03:14] This is going to be my year that you're going to live by choice instead of by chance.

[00:03:18] That you're going to make the necessary changes instead of more excuses.

[00:03:22] That you're going to build your self-esteem instead of wallowing in self-pity.

[00:03:25] That you're going to let go of fears and let go of limiting beliefs and take massive

[00:03:29] freaking action on your dreams.

[00:03:31] How about that you'll embrace your greatness.

[00:03:33] You are a gift from God.

[00:03:35] How about you declare that?

[00:03:36] That you'll honor and support your spouse or partner and create an even more magnificent

[00:03:41] relationship.

[00:03:42] That you'll consciously share your gifts with the world.

[00:03:44] That you'll live in the present moment and finally create that life you deserve.

[00:03:48] So make a decision my friend because when you make a decision you shape your destiny.

[00:03:53] When you consciously realize the unbelievable opportunities and potential that exist in this

[00:03:57] incredible world we live in.

[00:03:59] There's really no excuse for not owning your intentions, planning your initiatives and

[00:04:03] then taking massive freaking action on your dreams.
