What are the overlooked aspects of AI and the multifamily business? What are the things we should be focusing on Now? Every company is becoming a technology company. I think you can understand this to be true, just because the customers of the future are growing up on technology. You're probably using technology all about your life and companies are finding that technology is leveraged to come to productivity decisions, efficiency decisions, experience decisions, both with the customer and the employee. This is something that business leaders must understand as technology. If your job is to make business decisions inside a business unit, then it makes sense to understand technology so you can identify opportunities, plan and orchestrate the business and support the people that are using this technology.
Speaker 1:If you're a CFO, you would be expected to know finance. It's the same. If you're a leader of a company, you need to. As a business owner, operator, owner, investor, you need to know about what's going to happen in my business over the future. Ai is part of that. It's relentless. It's here. It's almost as if you were in the period of time where the internet was coming on and you didn't believe in the internet. Ai is here. It's here to stay. It's relentless.
Speaker 1:It is going to unlock opportunities for companies that figure out how to bring this inside into the organization. It's leveraged. Just the way that you look at debt as leveraged, you need to look at technology as leveraged. A lot of people get overwhelmed or anxious about this because they don't have the capabilities. That's what this podcast is aimed to do is bring you the capabilities so you can understand where those opportunities in the business are, to find value creation, make the business more profitable, more effective, more scalable. As your leader, we need what's called bilinguals. That means you need to understand the language of business. That's your expertise. That's where the value is differentiated. Is your 30 years experience, 20 years experience, five years experience combined and paired with the language of technology. That's the bilingual part is where you're going to unlock leverage in your business and bring value for organizations.
