Umaer is a seasoned real estate investor and previous MMA fighter that has explored the realms of wholesaling, fix and flips, long term holds, mobile home community investing, notes investing, among others. While he is extremely successfully today, Umaer always highlights that this has not always been the case. At the age of 27, he lived in his parents' basement, not knowing what to do, and holding five different hustles to get by. One day, he stumbled across some mentors that introduced him to the power of real estate – all of which, has forever changed his life. Since then, Umaer has gone on to close dozens of deals across various asset classes and is determined to help others become financially free and to learn the art of the possible in real estate.
