Edward started his real estate investing career in 2016 in college learning everything he could about Real Estate Investing. In 2017 he purchased his first multifamily two properties totaling 6 units. Since then he has successfully closed on 197 units. He currently has a portfolio of 90 units in the Birmingham AL market. He is the President of Symmonett Multifamily the private equity company, which began in 2017 to purchase the above-mentioned real estate holdings. In the fall of 2020, Edward started "Symmonett Management", a professional property management company that manages his current portfolio.
