Tim Vitale is a multifamily syndicator in the South East that currently has 147 units with another 34 under contract. Prior to moving into real estate syndications full time, Tim was the Assistant Vice President of Finance for a Fortune 500 insurance company in Manhattan. In later September of 2021, Tim left his corporate job to pursue real estate full time. Tim currently resides in Wilmington, North Carolina and owns assets in NC, SC, GA, and AL.
