Terry Painter is the author of "The Encyclopedia of Commercial Real Estate Advice" – published by Wiley, and a contributing writer for Forbes.com.  He is the founder of Apartment Loan Store and Business Loan Store – commercial mortgage banking and advisory firms that have closed over four billion dollars in commercial loans since 1997.  

Known as a syndication financing specialist, Terry loves working on real estate deals and has personally closed hundreds of commercial real estate loans representing just about every type of commercial property. He has been a top producer for Lasalle Bank and Lehman Brothers and is known for his real estate investment consultations.
