Multifamily Podcast Network

Simcha quit his job and went full-time in multifamily investing in 2019. Since then, he and his investors acquired 5 properties totaling almost $8m, including 108 multifamily units, almost 11k sqft of medical office, and over 15k sqft of industrial/storage space. He's gone full cycle on two deals. His investors received an average IRR of 91.4% and an EM of 2.21 in under 1.5 years. He's currently trying to figure out how to go big or go home, which has a completely new definition compared to what it meant to him just a few years ago
