Cody’s core investing thesis has been focusing on acquiring existing multifamily assets across central Texas and other various markets across the US since early 2019. After aligning with his partners, Brian Alfaro and John Batey, Blue Oak Capital was formed and to date the company holds ownership interest in 787 multifamily units as General Partners.
