Ross Cornwell is the founder of Rock Development, a real estate company that specializes in land acquisition, development, and sales as well as new residential construction and single-family renovations in the Greater Piedmont Region of Virginia. While Ross was always surrounded by entrepreneurship growing up, he was introduced to real estate by a mentor that showed him the "art of the possible" and has been hooked ever since, diving into various forms of real estate investing, and now moving into acquiring multi-family real estate assets.
