Understanding the simple concepts and benefits of leasing real estate, he purchased a multi-use retail and commercial property to house his business. Jerome found the traction and confidence which has allowed him to do millions upon millions of dollars in residential and commercial real estate transactions and holdings.
Over the span of his 20-year career, Jerome has done over $200 million in in-house transactions, with another $52 million in 2021 alone. His unique ability to streamline results is what makes Jerome’s knowledge and experience so powerful. Alongside his partners, Tai Lopez and Dr. Alex Mehr, Jerome has been buying failed businesses such as Radio Shack, Pier 1 Imports and Modell's Sporting Goods, and is optimizing their operations to turn them into profitable businesses.
