It’s time we discuss how to prep for a call. I have a belief that it is not a call unless you provide an agenda. Have you been on one of those calls that goes rouge and last way longer than it should? YES, we all have and I bet if you look back there wasn’t an agenda for the call so it got off track and sideways. This can be prevented! Save yourself some time and look like the rockstar – create an agenda.
