Fito is an entrepreneurial executive with more than 20 years of experience managing sales, marketing, operations, personnel and merchandising at district, regional and corporate levels for start-ups and established retail, franchise, and manufacturing companies. Fito has also been a resident and member of the Fairfax community since the early 80's. From his days at Oakton, playing sports to pursuing his business and marketing degree at George Mason University; Mr. Garcia has witnessed first-hand the benefits of strong community presence in our local businesses. Fito has used his passion for marketing to help him grow multiple businesses and turn them into growing assets like marketing consulting company Creative Marketing, American Beer Garden Courthaus Social, High Side and his newest concept, in Peruvian food, Inca Social. Inca Social has two location, Vienna VA & Arlington VA. With years of property experience operating and marketing his restaurants, Fito has used this restaurant marketing knowledge as a consultant to restaurateurs in the DMV area. With a focus on a strong digital marketing strategy with social media as well as focusing on PR and maximizing efficiencies and leveraging relationships to generate more revenue, Fito has been able to increase sales, save money and boost visibility for many locations in our community.
