About Caleb Johnson
Caleb has been an entrepreneur since he was 18 years old. He currently manages several assets, including 30 units in ABQ, New Mexico, acquired in June 2022, 16 units in Oklahoma City, acquired in February 2022, and 40 units in Las Cruces, New Mexico, acquired in July 2022. In addition to this, Caleb holds fractional partnership interest in multifamily and retail properties, such as a 176-unit complex in Casa Grande, Arizona, acquired in October 2021 and a 12,000 sq ft retail space in Casa Grande, Arizona, acquired in December 2021. Caleb founded Red Sea Capital in 2022 and joined NK Development Group in 2021, where he aided in capital and acquisition to grow the company to over 450 units in just two years. Caleb’s mission is to be a faith-based professional, committed to his investors, and focused on building strong relationships with all those he works with.
