ABOUT PAUL WINTEROWD

Paul is both an expert debt provider and an active multi-family practitioner with real-world experience investing in multifamily assets both as a general and limited partner. Because of this experience on the investment side of the business, he has deep insight and empathy for his client’s needs as he helps them navigate through the financing process. Paul has successfully sourced financing across the country for market-rate and affordable apartment buildings, student housing, and senior housing projects. The funding sources include HUD/FHA, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Insurance Companies, CMBS, private capital, and bank/credit union lenders. Paul is a CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) and has achieved the Mortgage Bankers Association “AMP” (Accredited Mortgage Professional) status. Paul has been a featured guest on several real estate investing podcasts, including “The Real Estate Guys,” and is frequently asked to share best practices with multifamily investors in various Real Estate Investor Associations and networking meetups. He has been published in the Rental Housing Journal and has authored dozens of articles to help investors improve their knowledge of financing multifamily assets. Prior to joining Stack Source, Paul was a part of the Bonneville Multifamily Capital team. His tenure at Bonneville enabled his passion for the multifamily industry to grow and expand. He majored in Economics at The University of Utah and received his MBA from Brigham Young University with an emphasis in Finance.
