The Final Four:

1.     What do you like to do for your continued education to further your investing?

Yeadon: “I’m a huge fan of audiobooks, a huge fan of podcasts. I listen to them when I run, usually. Sometimes it just cranks up my music and goes for it. Conferences, masterminds, you know, if you’re the smartest person in the room, you need to change rooms. You’ve got to change rooms.”

2.     Who’s been the biggest inspiration for you and your success thus far?

Yeadon: “Biggest inspiration really is three men. One is my dad. A huge motivation for me and in my career, but then in specific real estate and multifamily, my cousin Janet. And then Tim Bratz, seen him, his story, listening to him. His belief bled over into me like, Oh, I can do this.”

3.     What advice would you’d give to the listeners to help them grow their businesses?

Yeadon: “This is work. It’s a huge amount of work. There is no such thing as an overnight success. Go to conferences. Build relationships with successful operators.”

4.     How can the listeners learn more about and connect with you?

Yeadon:
