What separates the successful entrepreneurs from the “want-a-preneurs?” Sure everyone knows it takes hard work and determination to be successful however it’s the intangibles that set the great apart. Creativity and the ability to solve complex problems or issues are some of those intangibles.

Our guest on today’s episode is Erin Hudson, Partner at Quattro Capital, real estate investor, business owner, financial professional, chiropractor, and mother of five. Erin, having very limited availability and resources, relied on her ability to be creative and a problem solver to create opportunities to grow her portfolio with significant momentum. Those opportunities led her to discover multifamily investing and her partners at Quattro Capital. Together, Quattro Capital is elevating their business to the next level.

The Final Four:

1.   What do you like to do for your continued education to further your investing?

Erin: “I just went to a Multifamily Mindset event with Tyler Deveraux and Ryan Woolley, I actually was a speaker there, and it was so awe-inspiring to be able to pour my knowledge and lessons learned into other people. I love giving back and seeing the excitement on their faces when they learn what they need to know to grow further. The more we help people without manipulation… game over, we’ve already won!”

2.   What are some of the lasting lessons you’ve learned along your journey?

Erin: “Make sure you partner with the right people. There are a million ways to skin a cat, so don’t think so straightly. This is the game of arbitrage. Negotiation is key. Do not beg for anyone’s money, create an opportunity that leaves them mind-blown and wanting to know how they can get in on it as soon as possible.”

3.   What advice would you give to the listeners to help them grow their businesses?

Erin: “Ensure you find partners that are strong at the skills you’re weak at. I don’t know where I would be without my partners. Life is so much fun and there are opportunities everywhere if you look around.”

4.   How can the listeners learn more about and connect with you?

Erin: “Visit our website at www.thequattroway.com and you can always find me and message me on Facebook, just search Erin Hudson. I’d be happy to get on a call with you, pour into you, help you with your learning curve, and take it to the next level.”
