Multifamily Podcast Network

In this episode I interview Anthony Pinto of Pinto Capital investments – we dive into how Anthony was able to buy 111 units in such a short amount of time, how he quickly scaled into larger multifamily, and some of the lessons he has learned as he transitioned from small deals into larger deals.

Anthony owns and manages Pinto Capital Investments, which specializes in multifamily homes, commercial real estate, and apartment buildings. Specifically, PCI seeks out and acquires B to C class apartment buildings as value-add acquisitions and forces appreciation. Working with experienced syndicators and high net worth partners, they continue to acquire larger apartment buildings focusing on the Charlotte and Raleigh, NC; and Kansas City markets.
