You could do a two-hour podcast on this topic and not even scratch the surface, however, I wanted to share my high-level thoughts on you can at least start marketing and prospecting to sellers. Some of the ideas I discuss are picking three strategies, planting “deep seeds”, and the importance of consistency and patience.
